Click on the “+” button inside the list of your visits on the main kiolink screen.
Fill in the information requested by the visit form, here you can select the type of visit, the place, the date, the time to invite the necessary people to carry out the visit.
Select the type of visit “DR Workplaces” in the “Request entry to” box on the visit form.
A new field will appear with the legend “Number of guests” which will contain 3 options, choose the one that adheres to the number of guests you will have on your visit. Each option represents a different configuration for the visit.
- 1 to 10: Manually add the guests to this visit in the “Attendees” section.
- 11 to 50: Attach a file with the list of the names of those attending the visit.
- More than 50: It is not necessary that you add the guests since they will use the badge for their access.
To add devices to the visit, it is necessary to select the “Are you going to enter or remove devices from the DataCenter?” to display the following options.
Select the type of movement you want to carry out with the devices available in your company’s inventory. You can select both options if necessary.
In the sections section, click on the “DC Devices” button to select the devices to be handled during the visit, these will be ordered by their status.
Upon completion of the authorization process, you will be notified by email that the status of the visit has changed to authorized and you must continue with the COVID-19 contingency protocol.
