When a “Datacenter” type visit is generated, and its status is “Authorized”, you can click on the “Opening and closing doors” option to access the tools:
- Door Closing Form
- Visits binnacle
- Scanning log
Door closing form
It is the tool in charge of displaying a question and answer format designed to save a history of the state of the rack.
To enable this option, it is necessary to open the rack with a scan of the QR code, otherwise an error message will be displayed.
After selecting the scanned rack, a form is displayed that appends the information of the rack to which access was requested.
All questions on the form are mandatory including photographic evidence. The user with the responsibility of opening the rack is in charge of answering the form.
Visits binnacle
Select the comment box and write the necessary information related to the visit log. The comment button is only available when the comment box contains content.
Each comment is included, it is stacked on top including the date and the author’s data.
Scanning log
List of the scans of the racks or cages made during the visit, these include the status of the scan, the rack information, the user who performed the scan and the date of the movement.
