Learn how to cancel an authorized visit.
Enter the details of the visit to be canceled and you will find a button with the legend “Cancellation of authorized visit”.
Click on the button and a dialog box appears with a comment box, you must add the reasons for the cancellation of the visit in order to make the change.
Click on send and the visit will change its status to “Canceled”. All users on the guest list will receive an email informing of the cancellation of the visit.
