Learn about contingency period for Covid-19
At the end of a visit request, a dialog box will be displayed with the instructions to follow within the facilities together with a folio number assigned to your visit.
After the message, open your email inbox and you will find an email with the title “Request to complete the COVID-19 form” with the information related to your visit.
Select the “Answer form” button this will redirect you to the COVID-19 contingency form so you can fill it out honestly.
If you have a vaccination scheme, we recommend filling in the information requested in the first section, otherwise you must answer all the questions in the following sections. When you finish answering any option, a confirmation message will appear.
You will immediately receive an email to the same address with the information of your visit, in this you will also find another button to accept the disclaimer and have the access completed and attend your visit.
By accepting the disclaimer and checking the email again, the image should be replaced with the QR, which will be your access key to the facilities specified in your visit.
