Create visits easily and quickly with the new KIO Link interface.
Select “+” button form the main page and choose “I’m going to work ” to create new visits.
Select the dates that you think to assists in person. The location, date and time are pre-set so you don’t have to configure them but they are always available to make changes as needed.
Select the “Save” button and a message will appear with the entry policies that you must follow. This also includes the folio number assigned to the generated visit.
For users with IOS it is possible to add visits to the Wallet, if there is more than one date selected, it can be added individually for each folio generated.
Finally, you will be notified by email of the generation of visits along with an individual QR per visit.
