Manage your DataCenter devices and request change of status.
Select the main menu button and select the “My Business” option.

Select the “Devices” section in the list of tabs for your company.

In the list of devices, click on the “+” button to generate a new device and fill out the form.

If you do not have a serial number for the device, there is the option to generate it with the option “Don’t have the serial number?”, Selecting it will auto-fill the “Serial” box on the device form

Each type of device has specific fields to be inventoried in a correct and organized way, each additional field has a descriptive balloon that briefly describes its function.

When saving the device, it will be added to the list of devices of your company, in which you can see the relevant details of the device.

It is always possible to edit the device information by clicking on the “Edit” option within the device options menu by sliding to the left.

Individual status change
For an individual status change it is only necessary to select the “Status” option within the device options menu.

Multiple status change
It is possible to select multiple devices for a status change, you just have to select the icon on the left side of the device, this will show a selection animation, devices that do not have that icon are not available for a status change

After the selection in the upper menu you just have to select the option “Request change of status” to send the multiple requests.

Change of status by visit
When devices are added to view, they are scanned by authorized KIO personnel as they enter or leave the premises.


For cases of status change that are not nested in a visit, a notification is sent to an authorizer with the information of the requestor and the device.
